First off, I want to thank you again for your order. I am sad to see that you need to return something. I accept returns on a case by case basis and for the following reasons only.
- It doesn't happen often, but I am human and sometimes I make mistakes. I will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item, and I will replace with the correct item.
-I test all of my items to ensure proper fit, however if I made an error and the item does not fit you may return the item in unused condition within 72 hrs of receiving and I will replace it with a proper fitting item.
Since I am a small business and use the profits to support my family I am unable to issue refunds due to a change of mind on your end. I hope you understand.
Any issue not noted above will be assessed on a case by case basis in which I cannot guarantee a refund will be granted.
